Below is a link to the waiver for the tournament this Saturday. 

You will have to create an account in sports engine if you do not have one already.  Takes just a few minutes.  Please have it done by tomorrow night and forward the emailed receipt to me at [email protected].

Also, the schedule is already out in "Tourney Machine" app.  Just search for "Lax Days of Summer 3v3" if you would like to see the scheduled games.  We are Lady Wolfpack playing in the Freshman Division.
